REBL Brewery

REBL Brewery is a nano brewery located in Utuado, Puerto Rico. They have been in operation since 2015 and Master Brewers José Luis Díaz and Sarahil Nieves are producing a variety of beer styles utilizing local ingredients.

REBL Brewery Year Round Beers

KASIRI – IPA (6% ABV, 58 IBU)

This is the first beer in their “Indio-Antillean Ale Serie” and it is an Indian Pale Ale brewed with Cassava

BOUQUET – IPA (6% ABV, 62 IBU)

Is a series of IPA beers brewed with different edible flowers from Puerto Rico. The first version was brewed with the Flor de Calabaza that has a spectacular flavor. The IPA’s in this series are not your typical IPA with a distinctive and unique flavor.

BALTAZAR – Stout (5.5% ABV, 30 IBU)

REBL Brewery release BALTAZAR around the Christmas Seasonas part of their Three Kings Series and they describe it as a “Puerto Rican Style Stout’ brewed withCoconut Water and Cinnamon.
