Singing Storm Beer Works is the latest contract brewery to hit the Puerto Rico Craft Beer Scene and their first beer Frente de Frío Cold IPA is available now.

Singing Storm Beer Works is the brainchild of Rafa Marquez who you may know through his Road To Craft Beer project. A well known figure in Craft Beer circles here in Puerto Rico, Rafa has taken his passion for craft beer and home brewing to create Singing Storm Beer Works.

Frente de Frío is a Cold IPA, so what exactly is a Cold IPA? According to Hopculture “a Cold IPA is an IPA fermented at lower temperatures than what is normally used to ferment an ale”. By Fermenting an IPA at cooler temperatures, some brewers may use lager yeast or a combination of lager and ale in their brewing process.

Frente de Frío will be distributed around Puerto Rico by Salitre Craft Beer, so look for it now at your favorite Craft Beer spot
