This isn’t just another brewery. It’s the shared dream of five friends — Alexis Torres, José Cordero, David Delgado, Jean C. González, and Luis Montes — who turned their passion for Puerto Rico and craft beer into something real, local, and bold.

Cervecera Frutos del Eden Year Round Beers
American Pale Ale (5.8% ABV, 65 IBU)
his golden-amber IPA brings it loud with bold citrus, pine, and floral aromas. Each sip packs a punch — bitter, resinous, and loaded with tropical fruit character.
A balanced malt backbone keeps it grounded, but make no mistake — this one’s for the hop chasers.

Blonde Ale (4.3% ABV 15 IBU)
This malt-forward beauty keeps things easy and clean. Light-bodied, highly carbonated, and brewed for balance, it brings soft malt notes with just enough character to keep you coming back.

Munich Helles (5.2% ABV, 16 IBU)

Cervecera Frutos del Eden Production and Taproom
Currently Cervecera Frutos del Edén is producing approximately 40 BBLs per month.
Cervecera Frutos del Edén Taproom in Altimira Reserve is open Weds (3-10pm), Thurs (3-Midight), Fri & Sat (Noon – Midnight) & Sun (Noon – 8pm). Alomg with their draft beers, the taproom offers a Tapas style menu that includes Tacos, Empanadillas, Brisket Sliders and more. Wine and Cocktails are also available.
