Stone Brewing has been cranking out their beers for 22 years and this year to mark their birthday they are celebrating with ‘22nd Anniversary Anni-Matter Double IPA‘
The beer is the brain child for Stone brewers Jose Flores and Jason Smith who won the abbual in house Stone Spotlight Competition.
22nd Anniversary Anni-Matter Double IPA is a “no haze” double IPA brewed with Columbus, Denali, Hopsteiner #06297, Galaxy, Citra and Amarillo hops.
The beer has a deep gold almost copper color with aromas of plum, apricot, melon and herbal notes. The malty background complements the mix of hop fruit flavors leading to a clean dry finish on the palate.
22nd Anniversary Anni-Matter Double IPA should be shipping early August, so watch out for it here in Puerto Rico
